1. Give your readers what they want. You want these people to pay attention to your articles, right? Then, give them exactly what they’re looking for. Go to forums or social networking sites where they usually hang out and familiarize yourself with the recent topics that they’re talking about. These are the things that you should write about to make your articles more interesting and more valuable to the eyes of your target audience.
2. Keep it short. Personally, I find this one as the most important tip in the field of article writing. Web articles needs to be much shorter compare to other articles as the people you’re serving are pressed for time. So, tell them the information you have as soon as possible. There is no need to use fillers, fluffs, and lengthy introductions.
3. Make it scannable. Research and studies suggest that most online users scan the articles they see online; they do not read word for word. It is your job to make it easier for these people to skim through your content. You can do this by simply breaking down your content into several but very short paragraphs and by using subheadings and bullet points as much as possible.
4. Provide other links that your readers can explore. Online users usually spend only 30 seconds on one page. So, instead of putting all the information you have on one page, create more pages within your website and just link them together. This will help you promote further reading without making your articles look lengthy and boring.
5. Link with other websites to build trust. Online users are having a hard time assessing the accuracy of the information that they find online. This is the reason why they visit several websites because they can be convinced that the information they gather is factual. Consider citing resources on your articles and link with other webmasters who are running reliable websites (convince these people to do the same). Afraid that your readers will spend more time on the other website? Well, there is no need to feel that way. Online users will always come back to the websites that contain “click worthy” links. Also, you need not to worry as long as you load up your website with high quality, valuable articles.
6. Don’t save the best for last. You need to put your best foot forward when writing your first couple of sentences. It’s very important that you make a great impression at this point so you can get your audience to read on. In here, you will need to convince your audience that something great awaits them and that they cannot afford to pass up the opportunity of reading your articles until the end. Offer these people the best information you have upfront.
7. Use keywords. Use every article you write to add keyword power to your website. Write them based on the most recent algorithms of search engines. Make them keyword-rich without sacrificing the quality of your content. To avoid issues about keyword abuse, use a particular term/phrase just once for every 100 words and make sure that you follow the recommended keyword density.

If you want to be a successful internet marketer then you need to build your credibility with your chosen niche and drive targeted traffic to your website; the easiest way to achieve both of these things is with article marketing. But it’s not enough to write one article and expect to receive a flood of visitors. Here are four steps you should take to build a good article marketing campaign.
Step one: Research your market
The first step in creating a successful campaign is to find topics to write articles about, and this means that you need to research your market.
Head on over to your search engine of choice and do a search for forum + your niche. You might be looking for articles on weddings, or fishing or even adoption, just swap the words ‘your niche‘ for the name of your niche.
You should be presented with a long list of forums where people in your target niche are talking about their experiences and their problems. Spend some time exploring the forums you find and see what topics people are discussing. What problems do they have? What advice and guidance are they looking for?
Grab a pen and a piece of paper and write down as many questions and topics as you can; these will make the basic foundation of your articles.
Step two: Article writing and submission
Now you know what topics your audience are interested in you can start writing your articles. Scan the list for a problem that you know the solution to and write about it. Add as much value as you can for the reader by being clear about what they need to do to solve their problems and add some examples where you can.
At the end of each and every article you need to include a bio or resource box that tells the reader a little bit about you, but more importantly what else you can do to help them. You should also include at least one link to your website, you are trying to drive traffic there after all.
Once you have the words down on paper spend some time editing the article to make sure that it sounds professional and that you don’t have any spelling mistakes or grammatical errors.
You can now go ahead and submit your article to an article directory; Ezine Articles is a great place to start.
Now you can write another nine articles answering more of the questions you discovered in the forums and submit these too. Try and use at least three different bio box variations.
Step three: Analyse results
After a week to ten days your articles should have had enough views for you to start analysing your results. Login to your author dashboard and find the click through rate information for your articles. Are there some articles with a greater click through rate than the others? This could be because the bio box was more effective at encouraging visitors to visit your website, or it might be that the content of the article was more compelling.
Also take a look at the number of views each article has, a higher number of views might indicate that the title was more appealing.
Step four: Rinse and repeat
It’s now time to write another batch of articles. Hopefully you still have some unanswered questions on your list, but if not go back to the forums and find some more.
Use the information you gleaned from step three to tweak your bio box and to create more powerful and engaging titles. As you publish more and more articles you will start to learn what style of article, title and bio box works best for your audience.
Set aside some time each and every week to write another batch of articles and review your results. You might even want to become a member of the forums you found and point people to your articles to help them solve their problems.
A consistent article marketing campaign can help you to drive targeted visitors to your website and increase your income. Taking time to research your market will help you find topics that appeal to your audience and a well-written knowledgeable article will increase your credibility. Analysing your results will help you perfect your article writing strategy and submitting articles regularly will keep that traffic flowing.

With that said a copywriter needs to get their attention and fast in order to be effective at their craft.
Here are 3 very simple yet effective tips on how to write persuasive sales copy that will be viewed on the internet.
Make Your Point Quickly
People normally scan instead of reading online. They may read the first few sentences to get the gist but after that they go into the ‘scanning’ mode. If you do not make your points quickly you have likely lost the reader! A copy writer needs to ‘move’ to the point of the message almost immediately. Anybody reading sales copy has already landed on the page fully aware something is being promoted so there is little reason to delay getting to the point.
‘Clip’ Your Sentences
Use as few words as possible in each sentence. Readers can quickly develop a ‘subconscious’ attitude when they are being ‘sold something’ online. They very often are looking for a reason to simply leave the page. Do not let your sentences get too long or you may very well give the reader the ‘excuse’ they are looking for to leave!
Be Persuasive
Do not ‘play’ and try to ‘romance’ your readers but instead use plain and direct wording to make your point and persuade them. As a copy writer your objective is to persuade the reader and not to ‘dance’ around the issue with frivolous and useless adjectives and compliments. Getting a reader to take the desire action you want them to take in as few words as possible is how to write persuasive sales copy.
When composing sales copy for online viewers there are certain guidelines for writing in a manner that will quickly capture a readers’ attention. Since people tend to scan most copy writing more than they read it, the intended message needs to be delivered quickly and clearly. With this being the case a copywriter will want to minimize the use of any non-essential words or phrases in order to get to the point as fast as possible. The 3 tips presented here today on how to write persuasive sales copy for online use will help you to quickly capture the attention of your intended audience. Writing and submitting articles is one of the most effective methods to drive massive traffic to your website and make money online. It is arguably the single most effective method to rank on the top of search engines and make money on the internet.
Writing articles is a very effective way to drive traffic to your web site and make money. It’s a great method to use in order to get ranked high in search engine results. And of course getting ranked high in search engine results means increased web site traffic which translates into increased customer leads. And as network marketers a big part of our success depends on our ability to bring in customer leads to our site so that we can then utilize our smart marketing techniques to make money. How can we utilize our marketing skills if we can’t get traffic?
Of course we need ways to bring in the traffic and article writing is an effective way to get that desired traffic. If you continue to provide useful and valuable articles to your readers they will eventually gain trust in you and continue to follow you. Article writing is one way to build a list of loyal customers.
Writing articles and submitting them one by one to different article directories is very time consuming and inefficient. And in order to build your customer list in a reasonable amount of time you need to be able to save yourself time by using an article submitter that allows you to submit one article to many article submission web sites at one time. In order to do that you need to invest in an automatic article submitter.
It is very important that you spend the majority of your time writing quality articles rather than spending so much time trying to submit articles one by one to popular article submission web sites. Also as a marketer, in order to continue making massive earnings you’re going to have to continue writing and submitting articles. This continual writing of high quality articles will create trusting relations with your readers.
If you want to continue to earn income online it’s necessary that you post your articles to the leading article directories and web sites. Using the right article submission tool will allow you to submit to more popular sites in less time while leading you to have more time to dedicate to writing effective articles.

Why Do You Think You Can’t Write Articles?
I hear it all the time. “I can’t write articles,” “I’m no good at writing,” “I could never write three articles in one day!” Why do people think they can’t write? What do they think is so hard?
Maybe writing reminds them of high school, with all of the essays they had to write. Or maybe people think they need to write huge novels or Nobel-prize level literature. People have all sorts of pre-conceived notions, and they convince themselves things are much harder than they really are. People also tend to down-play their own abilities.
Guess what? You’re Wrong!
The truth is – you don’t need to write masterpieces! You need to get rid of these notions and look at what really needs to be done. If you can write an email to your friend or a comment on someone’s blog, you can write an article. Anyone with a decent command of the English language who can express themselves and be understood can write an article. Stop making it seem so difficult!
What You Need.
To get yourself started, you need to approach your first article step-by-step. Completing each step before even thinking about the next step will make it seem so simple (and guess what? It really is simple!) Once you have your first couple of articles written and published, you’ll feel completely confident about writing more. And the more you write, the better, and faster, you get.
The best way to approach this is to learn each of the steps and implement them one at a time. There are many article writing courses available to help you and if you are really serious about wanting to learn how to write articles easily then I would recommend the Simple 5 Minute Article Traffic Plan videos to help you learn the steps.

There are millions of articles online that will teach you the best place to begin when starting out with your article marketing campaign. However, there are only 4 basic principles to observe when you begin writing. They are easy to follow and straightforward. When you apply them your reader will surely appreciate your guidance and writing style, more than if you just plowed ahead without applying this very simple technique.
1. Know and act upon what your readership is looking for. Do your homework beforehand, otherwise your time at your keyboard will be wasted. Knowing the topics of choice is crucial if you want to convey your message properly. So get to know what it is your audience craves by conducting surveys or by doing proper keyword research. Then, and only then, offer them exactly what that may be. Stick to the point, this is the best way to impress them.
2. Let your secrets be known. The only way you will be able to convey to your readers that you are an expert in your niche is by telling them exactly what you know. Using articles to effectively brand yourself is done in this manner. Your readers obviously want to know what you know. Give them a slice of the pie by offering them your insider secrets to your success and other solid information that they can benefit from. The more useful and valuable the secrets the greater your chances of gaining the types of responses you are striving to create.
3. Make your articles easy to follow and understand. It is best to use language that your readership is accustomed to. You wouldn’t talk to a doctor as if to a child and so forth. However, it is best to keep it simple, by applying short sentences to what should be easily scannable short paragraphs. This is easily the most eye pleasing way to get your point across. It is also a good idea to use other elements to promote a greater understanding. You can use images within your articles or offer other examples, such as graphs, which will help in promoting your point of view.
4. Last but not least is to be straightforward. There really is no point in making your readers wait. Always keep in mind, that these people are online and their attention span is very short, plus their most likely pressed for time. So rather than beating around the bush with otherwise useless information or lengthy introductions, just get right to the point about what it is that you have in store for them. Being upfront is the best policy.
In order for you to become a branded expert in your field there is only one other way to effectively make that happen online and that is by using video. However, this approach doesn’t have the same appeal to everyone. Article writing is something anyone can do. Using articles as a source of traffic is a time tested strategy for success. Use it wisely and the visitors will come. Everything else is up to you.

New and fresh writing ideas are sometimes hard to come by if you write articles as part of your online marketing strategy. You want readers to be able to gain something useful every time they read your work. Of course you want to write articles related to your topic or niche to make it more relevant for your readers. Well today we are going to focus on how to write an article based upon how you complete a typical task that is common to your line of work. Now this task can be anything from setting up a website to composing email messages for your auto-responder as long as it is useful and relevant.
The following 3 steps will show you how to write an article by breaking down any work assignment and explaining how to successfully complete it.
Pick a Task, Any Task
Every business has some type of online marketing strategy which is made of several different variables involving countless functions that need to be performed. The range of strategies and functions that go into operating an online business seem to go on into infinity. This also gives you a plentiful supply of topics to write articles about. I will not even go into the different problems that may arise and the steps or procedures that are required to address these issues. I think you get my point………
Outline Your Procedure
Take the task you select to be the focal point of your article and break in down into the steps or procedures involved in the completion of this task. This will be your article outline. Each step or procedure is now a new paragraph or perhaps the content found within a sub-title of your article.
Remember how we said the most effective articles are the ones that are relevant to your field? Well obviously any task you choose to write about more than fills the requirement of having articles related to your field and relevant to your readers.
Describe Completing Each Step
At this point you are now merely ‘filling in the blanks’ as you finish writing your article. By taking the outline you have already put together you simply and briefly describe how to complete each step. Remember it is just an article so your description does not need to be of great detail just a good overview.
Having a constant supply of fresh writing ideas is vital for anyone who writes articles as part of their online marketing strategy. Of course to be the most effective you want to writes articles related to your field of interest to maintain relevancy for your readers. The 3 simple steps we discussed above show how to write an article based upon the steps involved in the completion of any work related assignments. When you consider the countless number of tasks involved in operating your own business you will NEVER be at a lost for ideas to write about.

There is a way that this can be done. Don’t think to yourself, “this is impossible,” because you are wrong. There is a very simple plan you can begin today in order to get the results you achieve. The idea is to be able to crank out as many articles as you can in the shortest amount of time possible. What’s listed below is a format that you can put in place starting today, so in time not only will you be able to write quicker but more fluid as well.
1. Become an expert in your niche. It’s very possible to be able to crank out an article in 30 minutes or less if you eliminate the need for research. If what needs to be written is already in your head, you’ve just cut down your time. My recommendation to you is to gain expert status on whatever niche or topic you’ve chosen for yourself and your readers. Do as much reading as possible. Make time for it and webinars as well. You will be able to find many good free sites where the experts offer their information using online video. It’s important to attain firsthand knowledge of your topic. This will make you more believable to your readers. Another good idea is to do interviews with other experts in your field.
2. Improving your typing skill-set is the next thing you must tackle. This pertains to those, you know who you are, who has to look down at their keyboard when their typing or those who can only type around 40 words per minute. You can obviously cut your time in half, if you can speed up your typing to around 70 words per minute. So invest some of your time into improving your skills. You can always purchase a typing program, download it one free or just use the keyboard tools that come standard with most computers. If your goal is to be using articles as a marketing tool without the cost of outsourcing then you must learn to improve. Start by writing something you know a lot about and then progress to your field of interest.
3. It may also help if you create an outline of your topic before engaging the keyboard. Let me ask you a simple question. Do you often times find yourself staring at the computer screen, scouring your brain, trying to come up with what should be written next? Rest assured, this can be easily avoided by developing an outline for your article before you begin writing. You don’t need to write down every little tid-bit that you’re going to use, just the basics. Otherwise you would be defeating the purpose of trying to save time in the first place.
4. Using tips, a numbered list (as I have done here), bullets or a how-to-format all work well in speeding up the writing process. Based on my extensive experience in the field of writing I have found that using one of these formats is much faster than plugging away with lengthy sentences in long difficult to scan paragraphs.
5. The point must be made quickly. If you could only give me another half hour of your time I will try and explain. Just kidding, but I hope you’ve gotten the point. A long drawn out affair will only annoy the reader and cause the person to move on and seek the information somewhere else. So keep things short and to the point. There is no need to fill your articles with useless filling. You are not writing a book. Get straight to the point, inform your readers up front and tell them exactly what it is you have to say in short sentences that form short easily scannable paragraphs.
If you do the few things that have been mentioned here your writing speed should quickly improve and you will be using articles to boost your online marketing at an ever increasing pace.

Yes its true! You can use free article marketing to explode traffic coming to your site or blog, and you don’t need to be perfect!
Free Article Marketing, or Article Advertising as some call it, comes with a stigma. Most people think you need to be an English professor or scholar to do it. That couldn’t be further from the truth! In fact, the toughest part of article advertising is the research, and that isn’t hard either if you know how to do it. Lucky for you, I will tell you exactly how to do it, in 10 minutes tops!
The first thing you have to understand is free article marketing is just that, free. You can do it yourself. The problem is, people get so freaked out because they believe it takes way to long and isn’t worth the time and effort. Just as anything else, you need a system. If you were to sit down and try to bang out an article without a system, it may take you hours. You may even hit ‘writer’s block’. I will go into the step by step process later. For now, let’s look at what it is people are looking for.
People search the web looking for answers and solutions. The people who understand this, are able to attract the most traffic because they typically offer what the searchers are looking for. ANSWERS! These people pick their niche, find the issues or troubles people are having in that niche, and then provide the solution. Sounds difficult right? No way!
Alright, so now we know the formula. Let’s look at the process of actually writing the article.
Find the niche, if you haven’t already. What I do next is go to ezinearticles.com and search related articles. See what others are writing about. What solutions are they offering? Then go to forums and read what threads have the most action. What are the issues or problems people are writing about? Now you have an idea how to direct your message. Here’s one more and it’s my favorite. Find an article pertaining to your niche on ezinearticles.com that really grabs you. Let’s say it’s on article marketing. What I do is just take one aspect of article marketing such as headline writing. It is totally relevant and is like peeling off one extra layer to the reader. Let’s take it one step further. Let’s say the article is on headlines and their importance to capture the reader. You just expand on that by writing about keyword rich headlines and why they are important to Google rankings. If you follow this strategy, the research is simply to Google ‘keywords in headlines’ and put the information in your own words. Damn this is easy! The main point is this: it doesn’t need to be perfect. Just give them what they want; easy to follow answers!
I hope by now you can see that article writing isn’t something to be afraid of or avoid. In fact, once you get good at it, you will be pumping out several articles a week which is like putting an army of funnels out there just pouring in targeted readers to your site!
Let me give you an analogy. Say you were poking through your attic one day and you found a Picasso painting your grandfather had a long time ago. It had lots of dust on it and the frame is dinged up. You recognize that this is a gem. It just needs to be cleaned up and it will be worth a bunch of money. Knowing this, you wouldn’t try to clean it yourself would you? You could do one of two things. First, you could bring it in ‘as is’ and get what the collector offers. Or, you can bring it to a professional who could clean it up and not damage it. Then you can get top dollar for it. The same holds true for article marketing. It is the gem in the attic that you know is worth a ton, but you don’t how to ‘clean it up’. What you have learned today will get you going. Hopefully you have learned how to get started with this article. To truly send it into overdrive and hit with laser-like precision, you just need that professional to ‘clean it up’ for you, I have the solution to that problem. If you want to learn what I have learned, I invite you to check out my blog. There you will find tons of great content and free help that will help you push traffic over the top for your site.

Blog writing has become one of the most essential services which can help your website to score high in the search engines‘ rankings. Different business organizations have resorted to writing blogs for making money. They make use of both internal and external blogs to achieve their target. You can keep in contact with your employees with the help of internal blogs, while external blogs are used for the purpose of online marketing. In order to attract your audience, it must however be written in the right format and contain the right and a clear data. You must also have a proper idea of who your audience would be before you start writing the blog for them. Knowing your readers will help you to create content that is appropriate for them.
Your blogs should be written in a conversational style to make it interesting for the readers. Your readers will be bound to return repeatedly if you write your blog in this style. Blog content writing should always be done in a simple language so that the reader does not take time to understand it. Most of your viewers are scanners and don’t have time to read in detail the entire blog. So, it is beneficial to use short sentences and paragraphs. It should contain the commas and the semicolons at the right places. It must not contain repeated stuff and should provide information that is not available elsewhere. You must create your content with appropriate search engine keywords so that it can easily be found by the major search engines. The title of your post must be intriguing enough to make our readers read it. Titles have the power to grab the attention of the viewers which in turn helps in increasing the traffic to your site. You can also add a couple of links at the end of your blog for a good viewers’ response.
To excel in the field of blogs writing, you don’t need extraordinary writing skills. An individual with average writing capabilities and having a clear understanding of words and grammar can do well in this field. It is required that your content is logical, precise and uncomplicated.

Here are the seven creative tips that can help you succeed when you use outsourcing:
1. Know what you want. Before you go ahead and search for ghostwriters, I suggest that you get to know exactly what you’re looking for. Get your pen and paper and list down your requirements. How many articles do you need? How much are you willing to pay for each article? What is your required keyword density and word count? How would you like your articles to be written? The clearer your requirements are, the easier it will get for you to find the perfect person for the job.
2. Find ghostwriters. There are several ways on how you can find your service providers. Start by asking for recommendations from your colleagues who have previously outsourced their articles. You can also explore freelancing sites or Google search the personal websites of ghostwriters.
3. Interview the best candidates. Shortlist at least 3 ghostwriters who are fit for the job. Then, conduct one-on-one interviews to get to know them more. Verify their skills, ask for their online portfolio, and get them to write a sample articles for you.
4. Choose the best ghostwriter. Of course, you would want to work with somebody who have the needed skills and experience. Sign up with those people who have previously written articles about your niche. These people must have proven track record and they must mean business in giving you 100% satisfaction. If they were recommended by your colleagues, make sure that you mention that in your conversations. People are most likely to perform better if they know that you expect a lot from them.
5. Give your service providers detailed project description. Give these people a clear picture of what you’re looking for via email (so they have something to refer to). Then, encourage them to ask questions. Don’t let them get started until they fully understand what you’re looking for. It would be great if you ask them to write the first 3 articles and you give them feedback. This is way better compare to letting them write all the articles and ask for so many revisions later on.
6. Payments, deadlines, copyright issues, etc. Never assume that your ghostwriters understand that they cannot use the articles that you have paid for. For your own protection, get everything that you’ve talked about in writing and get these people to sign the documents. Also, talk about payment terms and deadlines.
7. Check the articles. Make time to read all the articles written by your service providers. Make sure that they’re expertly written and that they’re perfect. This is important as these will serve as your image in the online arena.
