1. The first step in the process is to gain some extensive knowledge about the people you will be targeting. You see, getting to know the people who read your articles is the best way to deliver to them the information they need. In order to gain knowledge about these people, you must do some research. Find out what they like, need, want, desire and must have. You see, if you give these people exactly what they are looking for, they will read your future articles.

2. The second thing you should do is to target the hot topics in your arena. So, make sure that you capture the attention of your target audience. What are they interested in? What is it that these people will pay money for? Everyone wants to know about something and they will gladly pay money for it. And it’s your job to provide the best information available, not just the same old rehashed garbage. Get out there, do your research. Surely your articles will stand out from the rest if you provide these people with the information they need.

3. Third, you have to make your articles short. Many will tell you that the best way to provide more information is to make your articles long. Not true. Just because you fill an article with extra filler information, does not mean it will be more useful. Instead, get straight to the point and make it your intention to give these people an easy to read format. Include many paragraphs and line breaks to ease their eyes. Remember, leave out the filler and get straight to the point. If you do these things, surely your readers will love your feature articles.

It is getting much harder for online users to find unique information. That’s because many bloggers out there are using the same information everyone else is. The problem with doing this is that it will not help you stand out from the crowd. To avoid using information that people already know, it’s a good idea to explore new angles and topics. Here’s how you can do that:

1. When writing your blog posts, it’s a good idea for you to do your research before you even start. Visit your competitors blogs to find out what they are writing about. Then use their existing topics to come up with fresh new angles to write from. Also, make sure to model after your competitions success. If you notice something they are doing works, implement it for yourself as well.

2. Never copy someones content. Instead, write from your own opinions and theories. This will give you a great start when you write your posts. It is also important that you write for your readers as they are the life blood of your blog. Come up with topics that they can easily relate to and ensure to include your personal experiences as well. This will surely give you an advantage in your chosen niche.

3. Read related books. Believe it or not, there is an abundance of information in the book stores. Researching information offline is a great way to come up with new angles to write from. This is because the information you find in a book is much different than the information you find online. So, pick up a few books about your topic and write from a unique perspective.

1. Write about what you know. The best way to write your articles quickly, is to only discuss those topics that you have extensive knowledge in. You want to eliminate the research part of your writing. This will give you plenty of time to work with. Also, make sure to stick with the topic. Avoid getting off subject when writing your articles.

2. Make sure your articles are short and simple. You don’t want your article to be long. This is because it will take much longer for your readers to get to the end. It will also make much easier for you to write multiple articles in one day. Make sure your topics are very specific. Also, include the most important information only. You don’t want to confuse your readers. So, give them the best content first. Then, use the following paragraphs to support the previous ones. Keep your content under 400 words. I find that the best performing content will be 250-275 words.

3. Become focused. You’ll need to develop some discipline if you want to write your content as quickly as possible. Distractions can occur all throughout your day. That’s way I suggest that you discipline yourself to stay on task. You’ll be writing your articles much faster if you do. Avoid surfing the web and watching Youtube videos. This will only make it harder for you to succeed in this field. Trust me!

4. Research your topics efficiently. Make sure that whatever you’re using as a resource for your article writing is of high quality. You don’t want to waste your time with information you can’t use.

Here’s the problem. If your readers are having a hard time reading your article, they’re most likely not going to click through to your website. So, it’s important for your copies to be easy to understand. You’ll never get the results you’re looking for if you write confusing articles. Here’s what you can do to make your content easy to understand:

1. Use easy to understand terms. It is important for you to understand that each person who reads your article is coming from a different part of the world. They all have their own levels of understanding and speak different languages as well. So, if you want your readers to easily read your articles and take the action you want them to, make your content easy to read. Use terms that a middle school student would understand. Surely you’ll be able to communicate effectively this way. Also, define words that may be hard to understand before you include them in your copies.

2. Paint the picture. Sometimes using words is not enough. In order to explain exactly what you are writing about, use stories and images. Tell them a story about an experience you’ve had with the topic of your article. This will always help your readers get through your content. Giving real life examples is the best way to write your articles.

3. Write short sentences to ease the eyes. One of the best things you can do is to make sure your content is full of line breaks. This helps people read your content easily. To do this, write many sentences and get straight to the point.

1. Only write about what you know extensively. To start the whole process, choose a topic that you would like to discuss. If you really want to give your readers value, make sure that you have an in-depth knowledge on the chosen subject or write about a topic that interests you. You should always try to gain the respect of your readers by showing them your expertise. Prove that you know your topic and they will always go to you for information.

2. Make sure your articles are formatted to allow your readers to easily read them. Avoid using long paragraphs in your articles. Instead, use a bullet list format when possible. One of the best ways to ensure that your readers have a nice experience reading your articles is to create several blank spaces to soothe their eyes. You always want to make it as easy as possible to read through your articles.

3. Write for a 9th grader. You don’t want to confuse your readers with big words as this will not help you in any way. Use words that are basic in nature, that way your readers will not feel bad when they read your articles. It doesn’t prove anything to act like a big shot. Be respectful and you’ll get results.

4. Make it your number one priority to keep your readers attention. Use language that is fun and easy to understand. Avoid using boring language. You want your readers to feel like they are being talked to. Make conversation with them.
