More about why you may want to write articles.

1. Back in high school, I wrote humorous stories simply for fun. Although I lost my zeal for it, some people never do and have FUN writing. I found a couple of those old articles and submitted them to the article directories almost forty years after I wrote them. To get a peak, just do a search on EzineArticles for A Deep Look at Soap Operas.

It was a hoot back then and got published in our school paper and also another high school newspaper just because it was seen by the editor.

2. Another reason to write articles

is to establish yourself as an expert. For example, one of my lines of products is air purification systems. I probably know 95% as much about purifying air as the top people in that field. BUT, who knows that but me. To establish my knowledge level in the minds of prospective clients, I should write a series of articles. Quick example. There is an author that has written several articles about "Snoring". He has written so much that it is evident to me he knows quite a bit about the subject. See his growing list of articles at:

Next post will be about the best reason to write articles – site promotion.
